Thanks Mukundarajan V N for sharing your thoughts! Indeed, the fear of losing power inhibits delegation and experimentation. I’d like to encourage those leaders to let go of that fear by doing a small experiment. Delegate authority, maybe in a small topic, and to realize that the fear is an illusion. To your point, confident and participatory leaders have earned the biggest authority they can aim for: trust.
