Funny that you mentioned your experience as a driver. I went through the same process as a road cyclist — to avoid getting angry at drivers and realizing I can’t know what is in their minds.

Thanks for sharing your experience with CBT. I’ve applied it in many cases as well as wrote about it in previous articles. Same as ACT (Acceptance and Cognitive Therapy) which is connected and leverages mindfulness to defuse our thoughts. To look at our thoughts rather than from our thoughts
