Thanks Kitty Kat You don’t have to agree — I just want to inspire people to think. I know some things are tough to forget. And what seems easy to you, might be difficult for me. And the other way around.

As I said on the piece, forgiveness is not necessarily condoning what people did to you, but to let go of resentment to that person. The action is on that person, the emotion is on us. Once we go through our mourning, letting go of blame or hate, etc. allows us to move on.

But, that’s a personal choice.
