Indeed, the world around us doesn’t help. However, I see that as an interesting challenge. We can observe and let others do whatever they want. Or we can fight back. Positivity inspires people too. In my line of work I coach teams, many times in toxic org cultures, and were able to turn things around. The overall company might stay the same, but certain teams realize that doesn’t mean they can’t do better.

It’s not easy, but it’s very rewarding.
