Thanks for your words, Sascha That’s exactly the point. Finishing a mission doesn’t necessarily mean successfully implementing a new solution. Experimenting, testing an MVP, finding new ways to deal with resistance, stretching the corporate mindset one inch, etc. are all “missions” too. As you said, “reasonably reframed as learning”.
