Thanks Elizabeth Shassere for sharing such a touching story. We are all foreigners in the end, it’s a matter of where we stand.

We move around, learn new things, change others, but our roots are always part of who we really are.

I couldn’t have said it better, “own our experience as foreigner.” Brilliant.

We should stop chasing who we should be (or others want us to be). And embrace who we are instead ;)

Good luck with your book. I asked myself the same question and decided to add those personal stories and experiences. Mine just got published this week. You can check it here: https://www.amazon.com/Stretch-Change-Improve-Fitness-Thrive-ebook/dp/B0721WSS5M/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1498924654&sr=8-1&keywords=stretch+for+change+book

Pls LMK when you launch yours. Good luck!
