It all starts with awareness of what needs to be improved. Then, the desire and commitment to make necessary changes. In the end, building new behaviors and habits take time and practice.

Most people fail changing because they connect to the issue, but are not 100% aware of what they need to change. Personal development is a lifetime commitment, those who look for shortcuts get back to where they started. Nowhere.
