Hi Sabrine, thanks for your kind words. I was just reading a piece you wrote about your experience. Very interesting. It’s funny how some human behaviors repeat across organizations regardless of their size or type. For whatever reason, some people have a hard time speaking up openly with their peers. It seems that being liked and accepted by others gets on the way of making decisions based on what’s best for the overall organization (which, at the end, will benefit the team too). I would lie if I’d tell that creating a culture of transparency and candidness comes with no friction but it’s a path that very team that wants to be successful needs to take. Enjoy your journey!
