Hi Paul Keck Great point. Indeed, when we are hired as a consultant is because clients expect us to provide a specific solution, not just to listen. But that’s a case where the other part explicitly requested a POV.

I like the concept ‘people need to be not themselves, to solve a problem.’ Groupthink is a pervasive disease in the corporate world :(
