Letting go of goals is a tough one. I’m navigating those unchartered waters too — finding the balance of doing without having clear expectations, but without lowering the bar. Sometimes people confuse let go with laziness. You know what I mean. Like if we need to have external pressure to perform well. The surprising truth is that, when we let go of goals and expectations, we deliver our best-selves (the unfiltered I).
