Hi Ben, thank you. Indeed, there’s a lot of progress but still a long way to go. Your observation is great. Aetna’s mindfulness approach needs to be applied to redesign their business model too. Not just providing mindfulness resources to their customers but also a mindful pricing ;)
Re: organizations, I did plenty of research as well as interviewed 4–5 companies. I posted the topic on HARO and selected the interviewees based on their initial responses. (https://www.helpareporter.com/)
