No leader is flawless. Yes, he made many mistakes. Especially, trying to be reelected. One thing that most leaders miss is when to step down and let others continue their job. However, I think that Churchill played a vital role leading his fellow countrymen during war times. As I mentioned in the piece, he was a hell of a communicator and storyteller. What he missed is that the leadership style required to rebuild England after the war was completely different. And he was too self-centered :)
