Agree. Yet leadership requires taking risks. When people are driven, committed and excited about their work they will give their best to make the company succeed. When they are controlled, demotivated and experiencing their bosses fear, they will shut up, do what’s expected from them and just survive at work. Having the latter culture is a bigger risk.
