Agree. I would add a fourth one: transparency. From people sharing when that they will be OOO traveling or can’t take additional projects until next week or sharing issues that we are facing or anyone coming with a solution to a problem they identified or sharing great work or inspirational stuff. In our case (@lapizusa, a marketing agency),we have rolled it to the whole team six months ago and has created a culture of transparency impacting collaboration, trust and a more human interaction between team members.
